terra artis is a lovely retreat very close to the duomo. the owners, nicola and joyce, provide fantastic service, always ready to help. the breakfast offers high-quality options that set a great tone for the day. the cozy lobby with coffee and snacks is a bonus too.

A charming retreat boasting friendly staff and easy access to beautiful restaurants, just minutes away. The room was pristine and adorned with a lovely terrace, perfect for unwinding. Close enough for sightseeing while nestled in a serene area that enhances relaxation. Truly one of my favorite stays in quite some time!

The apartment offered a brilliant vibe with a spacious layout. I loved the big bedroom and the well-equipped bathroom. The cleanliness of the space stood out, making it feel refreshing. Breakfast was a highlight, setting a great tone for the mornings. It's also great not having to walk far to main attractions—just a lovely stroll. On the other hand, the air conditioning struggled during peak heat, and it took a bit too long to cool down. It would also be helpful to have clearer instructions for operating the air conditioning. a pleasant stay with room for adjustments.

The place had a beautiful design and our room was really cozy with a nice balcony to relax on. We loved unwinding in the spa lounge and enjoyed some quality time in the leisure room as well. Just keep in mind that the walk to the main sights is a bit longer than expected, but it’s totally worth it! 😊

We only interacted with the staff at check-out, which felt a bit disconnected.
